End-to-end capability

From an idea
to reality.

We control the entire value chain - design, engineering, materials, tooling, manufacturing and global logistics. One company, one APQP framework, one accountable team.

APQP-driven process

Five gates.
From concept to current production.

/ 01
Plan & Define

Voice-of-customer, programme charter, business case, technical brief.

/ 02
Design

Concept, surface development, design freeze. OEM design-studio review.

/ 03
Engineer

3D modelling, FEA, tolerance stack-up, DFMEA, prototype validation.

/ 04
Validate

Durability, UV, salt-spray, vibration, fit-and-finish on vehicle.

/ 05
Produce

Tooling, PPAP, ramp-up, ongoing line support and current production.

Engineering disciplines

Four teams.
One development thread.

01 / Design & Styling

Concept renders to surface-ready 3D

Our design team works directly with OEM design studios to integrate accessory architecture with vehicle styling. From early concept renders through Class-A surface development, we own the aesthetic conversation.

02
02 / Engineering

Black-box development with OEM rigour

Full parametric CAD, GD&T, FEA and tolerance studies - applied to every accessory programme. We deliver manufacturing-ready drawings, validated against OEM body-in-white data.

CATIA, NX, SolidWorks
GD&T to OEM standards
FEA & tolerance stack-up
DFMEA + PFMEA
03 / Materials Science

From polymer to forged steel

Our in-house materials specialists select, validate and durability-test every substrate we ship - across thermoplastics, fibre-reinforced composites, sheet steel, alloys and elastomers.

Polymer selection & compounding
Surface finishing & paint
UV, salt-spray, vibration testing
OEM material spec compliance
Industrial curing oven used for substrate and finish validation
03
Operator spray-finishing moulded accessory panels on the production line
04
04 / Tooling & Manufacturing

From mould design to the production line

Injection moulding, vacuum forming, sheet-metal stamping, robotic welding, automated assembly. All under one APQP roof, with line integration support for OEM customers.

Engagement models

Build to print.
Or hand us the problem.

We engage with OEM customers across two models - depending on how much of the development you want us to own.

/ Model A
Make-to-Print

You supply the engineering data. We supply the tooling, manufacturing, quality and global logistics. Tier-1 reliability against your drawings.

You own the design
We own the production
PPAP + ongoing supply
Multi-region capacity
/ Model B
Black-Box Development

You give us the brief and the vehicle data. We give you a production-ready programme - design, engineering, validation, tooling and supply.

You own the brief
We own the development
Concept → current production
