Our design team works directly with OEM design studios to integrate accessory architecture with vehicle styling. From early concept renders through Class-A surface development, we own the aesthetic conversation.
Black-box development with OEM rigour
Full parametric CAD, GD&T, FEA and tolerance studies - applied to every accessory programme. We deliver manufacturing-ready drawings, validated against OEM body-in-white data.
From polymer to forged steel
Our in-house materials specialists select, validate and durability-test every substrate we ship - across thermoplastics, fibre-reinforced composites, sheet steel, alloys and elastomers.
From mould design to the production line
Injection moulding, vacuum forming, sheet-metal stamping, robotic welding, automated assembly. All under one APQP roof, with line integration support for OEM customers.
